Safety is our top priority at Shooting Starz and we take several pro-active measures to ensure a secure environment for all participants. 

Here are some of the steps we take to maintain the safety of all children in our care: (These can be icons) 

DBS Checks for staff: all staff are DBS checked

Regular Safeguard Training: all staff undergo regular safeguard training 

First Aid Training: all staff are first aid trained

Comprehensive Insurance: our insurance covers every child in our care 

Venue-specific Risk Assessments: we ensure all venues are safe to use by fulfilling thorough risk assessments before sessions

Emergency Response Plans: we have policies and procedures in place to protect participants in emergencies

Parent & Guardian Communication: we maintain open lines of communication with parents & guardians

Continuous Improvement: we continually update our safety procedures to ensure we are up to date with safety standards and best practices
