Easy Booking with Childcare Vouchers
Booking your child’s spot at Shooting Starz Camp with childcare vouchers is a breeze. Here’s a simple guide to ensure a smooth process:
- Book as Usual: Go through the regular booking process on our website.
- Use Voucher Code: At the payment stage, use the voucher code ‘CHILDCARE’.
- Provider Information: Fill in your Childcare Voucher provider’s name on the booking form (e.g., Edenred Childcare Vouchers).
- Booking Confirmation: Once you receive your booking confirmation email, get in touch with your Childcare Voucher provider. Quote your booking reference number, and they will contact us to arrange payment.
- Payment Confirmation: You’ll receive another email from us once the voucher has been processed.
Please note: If you’re booking with childcare vouchers, make sure to contact your provider at least 7 days before the booking start date to ensure a timely payment.

At Shooting Starz, ensuring the well-being of children through the provision of wholesome and nutritious meals is of paramount importance to us. Our culinary facilities boast a prestigious 5-star rating from the Food Standards Agency, as approved by the Ealing Council. Furthermore, our dedicated food-handling personnel are equipped with relevant qualifications and rigorous training.
In alignment with our commitment to inclusivity, we accommodate all dietary requirements, with comprehensive allergen information prominently displayed within our kitchen and clubhouse. Additionally, such details are thoughtfully incorporated into our booking forms. We kindly request parents/guardians to communicate any allergies or intolerances their children may have on the booking form, enabling us to make necessary adjustments to our meal preparations.
We are a nut-free environment and we diligently maintain nut-free camps. Therefore we kindly ask parents to refrain from including any nut products in their children’s packed lunches. Our vigilant staff, trained to identify and respond to products containing nuts, will promptly remove them if discovered, they will then be returned to parent/guardian on collection.
